Writing journal for koryos. Stories are usually fantasy, often slashish in nature, often mildly morbid/disturbing. Occasionally controversial topics covered. Crit/discussion will be welcomed, but meaness makes the author cry.

NaNoWriMo is approaching, folks, which means that after November 1, don't expect updates on any of these stories aside from The Prince of Cats until October!

Status: An older story that has lost some of its appeal for me. Updates extremely sporadic.
Summary: In the future, children are Children, created on the moon. In order to become an adult, a Child has to be adopted and named. Twelve would do anything to keep that from happening. But one day he meets the newest Child, a boy called Eight who looks exactly like him...

Arv Sol
Status: Still in rumination. Two concepts posted.
Summary: Possibly a fantasy involving gods, possibly not. Involves a guy falling in love with the twin brother of his girlfriend.

Bleak (25/25)
Status: NaNoWriMo 2009, First draft complete
Summary: The world is a desert after a war between Technicians and Magicians, populated only by people and robots. And some say, rogue
magicians. Motor will find out just how true this is when she tumbles down a hole and becomes the pawn of the crazed, malformed creature called Bleak.

Dragonsbane (4/?)
Status: NaNoWriMo 2008. 84,000 words typed, four parts posted. Not yet complete. Some parts locked because of alien shenannegins.
Summary: Humans colonize planets with alien life, but there are certain rules about influencing the natives. When a boy called Keogh and an outcast alien called Az discover that not all of these rules are being kept, they become fugitives as they struggle to reveal the abuse of the system.

Hieu (9/?)
Status: NaNoWriMo 2007. Complete, but only nine parts posted. Some locked for really crazy stuff happening.
Summary: Daylan is kidnapped from the mall by a furry blue gargoyle, who takes him to another dimension to be his pet. Madness ensues.

Newness (3/?)
Status: Brief attempt at MaNoWriMo, on dubious hiatus
Summary: In a world where people are sometimes animals and animals are sometimes people, a scientist called Tristan creates an illegal genetic hybrid... You know, I can't even really describe this one.

The Prince of Cats
Status: To be written for NaNoWriMo 2009. Check for updates.
Summary: A story about the fall of Prince Ram, his crazed mother, his brother the Crown Prince Richard, the guard Ashure, and a cat called Nathan.

Salientia (1/1)
Status: Oneshot, unedited.
Summary: Did Robert fall in, jump in, or was he pushed?

The Strigoi Experiment (4/?)
Status: Good vibes on this one. Updates sporadic but not once-in-a-lifetime.
Summary: Pier was minding his own business when he nearly got his throat ripped out by a little boy with wells for eyes. Now some nut called Toby is keeping him prisoner and claiming he's going to turn into a vampire. This is going to be the worst summer ever.

Twelve (1/?)
Status: Dubious inspiration here. More written down than typed.
Summary: A reworking of The Twelve Dancing Princesses, with added gender fun.

Wyvern (5/?)
Status: Probably the most likely to be updated story at the current time.
Summary: Bryony should have died when she was stung by a wyvern. Now she lives peacefully with the wyvern, Volte, and his grumpy dragon neighbor. But not everyone thinks that mankind and wyrmkind can see eye to eye... And what's this about witches, anyway?
